The USW-Lite-16-POE is a compact, energy-efficient Layer 2 PoE switch offering 16 1 GbE RJ45 ports, including 8 ports that provide PoE+ power delivery up to 32W per port with a total PoE budget of 45W. Designed for silent operation with a fanless cooling system, this switch is well suited for office, retail, and small business environments requiring reliable network connectivity and power over Ethernet. With a switching capacity of 32 Gbps and total non-blocking throughput of 16 Gbps, the switch supports a forwarding rate of 24 million packets per second (Mpps) for smooth, high-performance data transmission. It supports up to 1,000 VLANs and an 8,000-entry MAC address table to enable extensive network segmentation and traffic management. Comprehensive Layer 2 features enhance security and network reliability. These include LACP port aggregation for bandwidth optimization, STP and RSTP for loop prevention, advanced IGMP configuration with querier and fast leave, IGMP snooping, 802.1X port authentication, MAC-based ACLs and device isolation, DHCP snooping and guarding, egress rate limiting, flow control, storm control, multicast and broadcast rate limiting, port isolation, port mirroring, jumbo frame support, LLDP-MED, voice VLAN, and loop protection.
