1.Please check whether there is an insulating sticker at the battery interface before turning on the device. If there is, please remove it before turning on, otherwise the device will not power on.
2.It is recommended that customers apply a full band SIM card to ensure smooth usage, instead of only one or two bands. It is best to have three or more bands.
